Blood Moon Over Playa

No, that is not a sunset, it’s actually the Blood Moon. It settled itself perfectly in between the Portal Maya sculpture on the beach in Playa del Carmen. I’ve never seen so many cameras going off at once. I think I took about 50 photos myself. This one was my favorite.

Havana Boy Playing Baseball

I am so excited that baseball season has finally begun. I practically grew up playing baseball on the streets with my friends. Just like this little fella who I stumbled upon in the streets of Old Havana. That’s one thing I can appreciate about Cubans. They are as passionate about baseball as I am. Play Ball!!

Arch Rock

Up and down the coast in Southern California exist many fantastic photo opportunities. Like this spot the locals call Arch Rock in Corona del Mar. I caught the last glimpse of a California sunset. I was standing on a rock when I took this photo, along with a few other photographers. Afterwards, we all had to skip and waddle atop the rocks while we tried to make it back to shore in the dark. Thank you iPhone flashlight!
